Paper Route's Ingredients

Being a baker is not so different from being a wizard. We keep our home stocked with a vast collection of powders, creams, and goops, carefully labeled and stored away in big glass jars. We measure out raw ingredients in precise spoonfuls, and mix them up in little cauldrons. We use fire to breathe life into our concoctions, and from the oven we pull a potent product – a pastry with the power to bring joy to the one who consumes it.

In this magical process, the quality of the ingredients is of the utmost importance. That’s why, here at Paper Route Bakery, we take great care to pick only the best.

Our flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar are all Certified Organic. Our eggs are Certified Organic and collected from cage-free chickens. Our spices, nuts, nut butters, and berries are all Certified Organic. We use imported Irish butter, made from milk produced by grass-fed cows on family farms. We use only the highest quality imported chocolates, cocoa powders, and extracts.
